Therapy Intensives

Therapy intensives provide focused, longer sessions over one or multiple days, allowing for extended time to go deeper into your therapy work rather than the stop and start that sometimes happens in the traditional 50min therapy session.

Unlike traditional weekly therapy, intensives offer the space to slow down, explore patterns, and process emotions without interruption—often leading more more momentum and therapeutic traction. Intensives offer time to turn your attention away from the clock and tune into the body. Creating space to  “return home” to your body—learning to listen to it, feel safe in it, and use it as a source of grounding and healing.

Here are three therapy intensive options we are currently offering.  We encourage you to discuss, with your therapist, what option would be the best for you. Every client has different needs so all of our intensive options are collaborative and customizable

Who Benefits from Therapy Intensives?

Individual intensives:

1. Survivors of childhood trauma/abuse.

2. Clients stuck in long-term “talk therapy” and would like to engage in deeper emotional processing.

3. Individuals with complex trauma.

4. Clients who not have flexible schedules to do weekly therapy.

5. Clients repeating old patterns with little progress in weekly therapy.

Couples/families:

1. Individuals deciding whether to stay or leave a relationship.

2. Couples who are not needing as much support on "weekly disagreements" but who want to go deeper into root issues.

3. Siblings who have experienced trauma in childhood together and are navigating an adult relationship with one another. (read our blog on this!)

4. Family members who continue to be stuck in unhealthy patterns and who struggle to have healthy conflict resolution.
