Hello, I'm
Elyse
Professional Counselor LPCC
What do you love about therapy?
I am passionate about helping clients in their journey towards healing and restoration. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their life stories and have conversations they might not be able to have anywhere else. I enjoy helping my clients feel a renewed sense of hope through empathy and compassion.

What are your specialities?
I work with various client populations but have mostly worked with adults who are seeking help with relationships, neurodivergence, grief, family dynamics, and life transitions. A lot of the detailed work that I do in sessions utilizes Attachment Theory, IFS, and CBT. In conceptualizing client cases I take a holistic, trauma informed approach that incorporates a person-centered and systems approach. I am also EMDR trained so I integrate that into sessions where it’s needed. I really enjoy understanding my clients family dynamics and how generational trauma is impacting their attachment and, in turn, their ability to hold and maintain relationships.

What is your therapeutic style?
I use Person-Centered Therapy, Relational-Cultural Therapy, and various forms of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I also incorporate an Attachment Theory perspective, understanding that having a healthy sense of relationships and community is vital for the therapeutic process.

What is your self care?
I love to read, paddle board, play volleyball, and listen to music any time I can. I also love to spend time with my friends and family, prioritizing time with my loved ones allows me to feel supported and cared for at all times.
What are your rates?
Individual session: $125
Couples session: $150
