Therapy Modalities

NO. 01

Individual Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy  explores the different  "parts" within an individual, each with its own perspectives and emotions. By helping clients understand and harmonize these internal parts, IFS aims to achieve a more integrated and harmonious self.

Somatic therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and body, using physical techniques and awareness of bodily sensations to address and release stored emotions and trauma.

​

Attachment therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on understanding and healing patterns of attachment and relational dynamics formed in early childhood, aiming to improve emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, and overall psychological well-being.

Trauma Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique that uses guided eye movements to help individuals process and integrate distressing memories. It is an extremely powerful and unique form of therapy that helps the brain to re-wire a trauma event and decrease post traumatic stress symptoms. Psychodynamic therapy is a therapeutic approach that explores unconscious processes and early childhood to understand and resolve emotional conflicts. This therapy seeks to uncover the root causes of psychological issues and give client capacity to change old patters present day.

​

Brainspotting is a technique that helps process trauma and emotional distress by locating "brain spots" - specific eye positions linked to trauma memories. By focusing on these eye positions, the therapist helps the client access deep, subconscious processing to release and resolve the trauma.

Couples Therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples is a structured approach that helps partners identify and express their underlying emotions and attachment needs, fostering deeper emotional connection and resilience within the relationship.

Gottman Therapy is a research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on improving relationship dynamics through practical strategies, including effective communication and conflict resolution skills, to strengthen the emotional bond and enhance marital satisfaction.​-

 

Attachment therapy for couples addresses relationship dynamics by exploring and healing attachment patterns formed in early life, aiming to improve emotional connectivity, trust, and responsiveness between partners to strengthen their bond.

NO. 03

Group Therapy

Healing Through Movement is dedicated to teaching you how to incorporate movement into your life to help with stress management, body attunement, and emotion regulation. If you are someone who struggles with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem or body image issues, and many other applicable lived experiences, then this group could be helpful for you.

Emotion Regulation Group Therapy is  for clients seeking growth in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Join this group to increase your skills in processing your emotions, thoughts, and feelings.

​

Let's Talk Social Anxiety is a 6-week group therapy course designed for clients to develop communication strategies, reduce negative self talk and alleviate social anxiety as well as create connection with like-minded individuals.

INVESTMENT

RATES

Regular 50 minute therapy sessions are charged as stated below. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or HSA card.  Each therapist has a different rate depending on their qualifications. Look at the their page to see their specific rate.

LPCC:

Individuals: $125

Couples: $150

IN GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

All client's have the right to obtain an "In Good Faith Estimate" for their services. Please click here for or ask your provider for more information. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Therapy is a shared commitment. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are going to miss your appointment. Clients who do not notify their therapist 24 hours in advance or do not show for their appointment will be charged for the missed session.

INSURANCE

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we will offer a receipt (Superbill) with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
