I was born and raised in Texas. I moved out here for my Masters Degree and of course, the beautiful mountains. I have always had an affinity for encouraging and equipping younger generations to be leaders in the years to come. I hope to provide space for your child. And for you to breathe a little, too.🌿
Why I Work With Kids (But Not Only Kids)
I love working with kids. They’re honest, curious, and don’t try to hide how they feel—which, honestly, is kind of refreshing. I learn a lot from them about what it means to be present and to connect without overcomplicating it.
That said, I also work with teens, adults, and families. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither am I. What matters most to me is building a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and safe to be exactly where you are.
A Few Things That Make Me, Me:
Most likely to cry at: A kid being kind to another kid
Where you can find me: A bookstore, coffee shop or exploring!
Currently reading: A mix of therapy books and making my way through the Chronicles of Narnia.
My version of self-care: Being outside by a fire with friends eating a really good meal.
Coffee order: Hot cappuccino in the morning & an iced vanilla matcha in the afternoon.
Not embarrassed to admit: I still love to play with fidgets and sand.

My Approach: Follow the Leader
My style as a therapist is pretty simple: I follow your lead.
That doesn’t mean I’m not engaged or guiding the process—it means I trust that you know yourself better than anyone else. You don’t need to show up with a script or a plan. You just need to show up, and we’ll take it from there, one step at a time.
I’m not here to “fix." I’m here to walk alongside you as you figure things out in your own way and at your own pace.
When I work with children, "follow the leader" is what I hope to embody.
Whatever a child may bring in, I listen with more than just my ears. I always want to take it slow. To build trust. Therapy might look like laughing while your child beats me (again!) at Speed. It might look like stacking blocks while talking about a hard day. And sometimes, therapy looks like play 🪁 because for kids, play is the language of healing.
If You’re Still Unsure, that’s Okay.
If you’re curious, reach out. Ask the questions. Share the worries. I’ll meet you there, no pressure.
I believe therapy works best when it feels human. Just two people, sitting together, figuring some things out.
So if you’re looking for a therapist who will follow your lead, show up genuinely, and meet you where you are—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
This post is just here to give you a sense of who I am and what it might feel like to work together.
